I can't tell if the card covers are original to the book, but they appear to be. A couple of stamps, a barcode, and a bookplate inside the front cover are the extent of the xlib markings. There is a bit of rubbing to the edges of the card covers. The book is not paginated sequentially, but is just over 1/2" thick. Mimeographed on coarse paper. An organizational chart on blueprint paper (dated March 30th, 1926) is in a pocket in the back. Only a few pictures, but gives the new officer detailed information on the construction of dirigibles, biplanes, etc. At the facility. Down to how to sew ... View More...
Light soil to the covers, old crease at the upper right corner. Unfortunately, previous idiot owner stamped his name & silly symbol on the second page (the revision page) , happily not on the title page. You wonder why someone who collects aviation books would do such a stupid, stupid thing. Doesn't really hurt the book much, but it is still really dumb. Ticks me off (can you tell? ). Includes the revision pages in the rear. ; Small 4to 9" - 11" tall; 88+14 pages View More...
