The front cover & first 3 pages are loose. The rear cover is only held on by the cloth webbing. The spine is chipped at the bottom (~3"). The boards are rubbed on the edges. With all that, the surface of the boards is actually good to good plus. The contents are easily very good to fine. The map is present, but loose (it is one of the first 3 pages which are loose).
