Appears fine to very fine at first glance. However, front bottom corner bumped, owner's name on fep in childish script (~2"x1"), and bump 1/3 way up back outside edge, which has caused a 1/4" closed tear in the cloth. The bump itself is pretty well flattened out. Very light squares of sticker residue on the front & back covers. Not otherwise soiled, and the spine is not faded. ; 5x7 1/2"
