First, the bad news. 2/3 of the title page is gone, and the front cover is loose & in two pieces, with chipping at the corners, and the back cover is chipped at the lower corner. The good news is that it exists, and the contents are good to very good. The first page has a large closed tear running up the center, 3/4 of the way to the top, with smaller closed tears at the bottom, and doggeared corners. The balance of the book is very good. A conservationist should be able to reattach the parts of the front cover, and reattach it to the cloth spine, which is present and intact. I don't think I should have to emphasize the scarcity of the book. Price is as-is. ; Oblong 4to 11" - 13" tall
